Credits & Points

– Will my points expire?

No, your points will not expire. Once you hit 5000 points, you will have the option on your app to redeem those points for $50 credits.

– Can I get a refund on my membership credits?

Unfortunately, we are unable to refund credits. If you require any assistance or support, please email us at members@multico.co

 

– What is a credit?

Your membership fee gives you matching value in credits to spend at any of our partner venues. Since you get back every dollar you pay in, your membership is effectively free. 

– What’s the difference between credits and points?

Top up at any time when you run out of credits and receive 10% credits on top of the top up value.

– How do I see my credits on the app after I’ve signed up via the website?

Download the MultiCo app and register. Once you have chosen a package and paid your credits will be automatically credited to your wallet on your Multico App. 

– I didn’t get my credits. Help!

– Will my credits expire if I don’t use them?

Eventually, yes, but any credits you don’t spend in one month are rolled over to the following month, so your credits only expire after 60 days.

Partner Venues

What happens when a venue staff bill the wrong amount to my MultiCo account?

We are sorry to hear, accidents do happen! The venue will not be able to perform any refund on the spot immediately. Please write to us at members@multico.co and we will resolve it for you.

– Do I need to make advance bookings for day passes and meeting rooms?

Yes, it is recommended to make bookings for day passes and meeting rooms 2 days in advance. You can fill up the booking form and our team will be in touch with you to confirm the availability.

– Do I need to make reservations to dine in at F&B venues?

Most partners venues do not require reservations. However, if you are bringing clients out for lunch at hotels, a reservation is recommended to ensure a seamless and pleasant experience.

– Are your partner venues kid-friendly?

For kid-friendly venues, you may wish to visit Cafe Melba at GAC or Jimmy Monkeys at PLQ. There are play facilities for children beside the cafe.

– Are your venues open on weekends?

Most partner venues are available from Monday through Friday. Selected venues are open to MultiCo members over the weekend. For detailed opening hours and members’ access timing, please refer to our venue page for more information.

– Is there a minimum spend at the partner venues?

There is no fixed rule minimum spend but for shorts stays we ask you buy something and for longs stays an estimated spend would be around $20.

– Are your partner venues pet-friendly?

The only pet friendly venue at this moment is Rabbit Carrot Gun, but MultiCo is expanding all the time and we’re keen to offer more pet-friendly venues asap!

Membership & Billing

– Can I put in a debit card instead of a credit card?

Yes, we accept both credit cards and debit cards.

– I would like to sign up MultiCo for my team members, how do I sign up?

For corporate memberships, please write to members@multico.co for more information. Our team will be in touch with you shortly.

– How do I sign up for MultiCo?

You can sign up for MultiCo via our website. Choose the plan that fits you most and make payment via Stripe. 

– Am I committed for a year when I sign up?

No. The standard MultiCo package is a monthly subscription membership but you can cancel your membership any time. There is no lock-in period and, if you cancel, you continue to be a member FOC until two months after your final payment.

Only the Hollandse Club Membership packages are locked in for 24 months before you are able to cancel.

– Is my membership on automatic renewal?

Memberships are on auto-renewal, so you will automatically be billed the monthly fee.

– How do I terminate my membership?

We are sorry to see you go! To cancel your membership, you can do so in Subscriptions on your App.

If you have unused credits, you may continue using them for the next 2 months before it expires.

 

– Do I get an invoice for my records?

An invoice is automatically generated and sent to you within 24 hours.
